Swartz has been assisting the business community for over 20 years. He has been a property owner and managed property and businesses. Bill has been married for 37 years to Linda who is a speech language pathologist with the Cherry Creek Schools. He has 2 married children (Jonathan and Kimberly Swartz [Atlanta GA] and Deena and Daniel Zeppelin [Englewood CO]) and 3, of course, adorable and brilliant grandchildren (Ellie, Sam, and Maddie).
