As a resident of Denver since 1987, I spent
5 1/2 years in management at United Parcel Service before starting
my career in Real Estate. My degree in Business Finance with emphasis
in Real Estate and my Real Estate Broker's license, made up the
foundation I have used since the beginning of my career with Phill
Foster and Company in 1993.
I have had extensive experience in Retail,
Office, and Office Warehouse Leasing and Sales. Over the years,
Land transactions have been a large part of my brokerage business
as well as Syndications and Retail Business Opportunities.
I am currently a principal in $13 million
of development real estate. All are multifamily residential communities
consisting of townhomes and condominiums.
Lastly, I have participated in over $30 million
in residential sales and listings. Entirely from support of family
and friends; of which, I am truly grateful for their consistent
support and faith in my abilities.
I truly enjoy my Commercial and Residential
