Phill Foster has been a licensed commercial
real estate broker in Colorado since 1972. Prior to his real estate
career, he obtained a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the
University of Oregon and held positions with Touche Ross and McKinsey
and Company in New York City. Phill was on the faculty of Metropolitan
State College of Denver from 1976 until 1999 teaching classes
in real estate law, finance, appraisal and investments.
Phill Foster and Company (PFCO) was formed
in 1982 and has been actively involved in commercial and residential
real estate since that time. PFCO has been the General Partner
and Manager of over 40 Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability
Companies involved in real estate investments and developments
in Colorado, New Mexico, Montana, and Arizona.
Phill has been the President of the Colorado/Wyoming
CCIM chapter and has been active in the Colorado Association of
Realtors (Board of Directors) and the Denver Metropolitan Commercial
Association of Realtors (Board of Directors and Education Committee),
and is currently a member of the Advisory Council for the Metropolitan
State College of Denver Finance Department. Phill Foster and Company
is a member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Better
Business Bureau. Phill has been recognized by the National Registry
of Who's Who.
