Jeff  Becker is the company’s residential sales expert, and provides marketing expertise in the Denver, Colorado area.  Whereas the company’s focus is on commercial transactions, we work closely on a referral basis with residential brokers in most areas of the state, and have access to all the residential data bases.  Our efforts in residential real estate, though focused more on development rather than home sales, show successful transactions in this area. We have successfully marketed all the projects we’ve built, including  the development and sale of a 30-unit, $6,750,000 residential condominium courtyard project in Denver, of 19 residential townhomes valued at $3,000,000 in Lakewood, Colorado, and development and sale of 5-million-dollars-plus homes in the Polo Club/Cherry Creek area of Denver.

Recently we have worked closely with financial institutions in marketing their residential developments. We have brokered two such projects:  a 76 acre PUD in Fort Lupton, and a $1,500,000 42-lot Aurora, Colorado development.  We are currently involved in marketing a $5,000,000 commercial/residential development property in Northern Colorado for a financial institutions.
