We have worked extensively in this area (including Weld and Adams Counties, Colorado), over the last few years. Companies which are now located on properties that we have brokered include, among others, Halliburton, Weir SPM, McBain Properites, B & B Fort Lupton, LLC, and Pressure Vessel Resources.

We currently have over $30 million in listed properties in the “energy corridor.” Pete Gunderson and Larry Cornell have extensive experience in this area and Larry has authored articles in relevant publications.
