These areas have become an increasingly important aspect of Colorado’s economy and our business.  In the last few years, we have gained a significant amount of knowledge and expertise from our involvement in the Niobrara Shale Oil area, particularly in water and subsurface rights.  Pete Gunderson has two years of experience as a Petroleum “landman” in the Denver-Julesberg Basin, and is accomplished in negotiating mineral rights and Subsurface  Agreements. In addition to Pete, Larry Cornell, and Gail Kats have like skills in client support and recommendations in establishing relationships with municipalities, including Fort Lupton, Commerce City and Adams County. They have specific expertise to provide thorough assistance in these complicated areas.
