A New York City-based investor has purchased an apartment portfolio in Denver and Glendale for $70 million from Denver-based Blueline Properties. The portfolio consisted of five properties in the vicinity of Mississippi Avenue and Colorado Boulevard, totaling more than 530 units.
Two of the properties, Infinity Flats and Four-Mile Flats, were recently renovated. The apartments were collected by Blueline Properties over time, but the company decided to take advantage of Denver's hot apartment market and sell the properties.
