PHILL FOSTER AND COMPANY

Dr. Phillip Foster has over 47 years of business and real estate experience.  He holds a PhD from the University of Oregon’s School of Business. He served on the faculty of Metropolitan University of Denver for 23 years, teaching courses in all phases of real estate. He has had a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License since 1972, and his CCIM designation since 1982.  He has served as president of the local CCIM chapter, as well as been active in the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors.  These credentials and experience qualify him to provide excellent, specific service to clients.

Phill Foster and Company was incorporated in 1981, and has been actively involved in commercial real estate brokerage since that time.  The company has been the General Partner and Manager of over 40 entities involved in real estate investments and developments in Colorado, New Mexico, Montana and Arizona.
