Commercial Real Estate - First Quarter 2015
Office - The Metro Denver office market vacancy rate decreased slightly from 10.7 percent in the fourth quarter of 2014 to 10.6 percent in the first quarter of 2015. There was 240,000 square feet of positive net absorption in the first quarter of 2015, compared to 650,000 square feet of positive net absorption in the fourth quarter.
Industrial - Metro Denver's industrial market vacancy rate decreased slightly from 3.2 percent in the fourth quarter of 2014 to 3.1 percent in the first quarter of 2015. First quarter net absorption totaled 470,000 square feet, compared to1.4 million square feet in the fourth quarter of 2014.
