We currently operate in several specialized submarkets such as the Niobrara Shale Oil Boom, water, sand and gravel, mineral rights , farm and ranch properties, as well as our typical commercial transactions. We have formulated and managed over 40 real estate investment entitities in Colorado, Arizona, Montana and New Mexico. Today we have in excess of 32 million dollars of commercial listings.

To assist our clients we maintain several professional relationships (CCIM,BBB,NAR, CCME, MHE and DMCAR) and numerous  Economic Development Entities (including Adams County, Fort Lupton, Upstate Colorado, Commerce City, Jefferson County, and Denver Metro). In addition, we actively participate in the major data bases both nationally and locally.
