Jeff Becker works with commercial real estate investors and the owners/operators of commercial properties. His knowledge and expertise are enhanced by firsthand knowledge through his ownership of a medical office building where he addresses ownership issues, tenant needs, lease negotiations, and building/property management.

He provides his clients with insight into valuation and governmental regulation (planning department requirements, building/property requirements, tax/investing strategy, etc.). His diverse background includes 18 years in newspaper publishing and six years in brand strategy which enhances his insight into office and property ownership and leasing expectations.  Having lived in Denver since 1995, he is well and specifically knowledgeable about its real estate market. He provides his clients with honest, resourceful, dependable and diligent efforts in representing their needs.

He joined the group of seasoned professionals at Phill Foster and Company because of  shared objectives and demonstrated abilities in crafting practical solutions for a wide variety of real estate investing, buying, selling, and leasing transactions.
