Mr. Cornell has been with Phill Foster and Company for 10 years. His knowledge and expertise is in finance, sales, and full-service commercial, industrial, investment, and water brokerage services. He offers his clients a unique perspective and understanding while executing their business transactions in these areas.

He has worked extensively with major oil and gas service supply companies in the Niobrara Shale Oil Energy Corridor in northeast Colorado.  Attention to detail is paramount in any deal, and understanding the multiple facets involved in reaching solutions marks his service as exemplary.

Mr. Cornell received “Heavy Hitters” recognition for his efforts with the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors in 2008 and 2012. He is published in the Niobrara Report serving the energy industry, and gives his presentation to groups -             “Niobrara Shale Oil Activity in Colorado.” With his years of experience in oil and gas, Mr. Cornell is considered an expert in understanding the requirements needed for a successfully negotiated sale or lease transaction. He holds membership in the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers, the Commerce City Economic Development Business Advisory Committee, and the I-76 Economic Development Initiative Committee.

Mr. Cornell holds a Bachelor of  Science degree from the University of Colorado with a major in Real Estate and a minor in Finance.  Prior to joining Phill Foster and Company, he worked 17 years in the telecommunications industry as a national account manager.

Mr. Cornell moved to Colorado after his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army in 1974.  He and Mrs. Cornell have two daughters and recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. The Cornells live in southeast Denver.
