Pete Gunderson has over 40 years of experience in real estate brokerage centered along the front-range of Colorado and Wyoming. His areas of interest and expertise are extensive. They include industrial sales, leasing and build-to-suit, land investment and syndication, farm and ranch brokerage, water and mineral rights, sand and gravel development, retail services of pad-site purchase, and development of restaurants, banks, and convenience stores.

That experience and expertise has been valuable during the recent 2011 oil and gas boom in Larimer and Weld Counties, Colorado.

He became affiliated with Phill Foster and Company after his 1990  move to Denver, where he has specialized in land development and in industrial and agricultural properties, which demand knowledge of water rights issues.  Pete’s specialty increased following the 2011 discovery of significant oil and gas reserves in Weld County, to include brokerage of oil and gas production, and support services in the “energy corridor” between Commerce City and Greeley, both involving renewable energy as well.  Pete is accomplished in negotiating mineral rights and Subsurface Agreements; he has two years experience as a Petroleum “landman” in the Denver-Julesberg Basin.
