Phill Foster offers a full range of experience to his clients: academic and pragmatic training, entrepreneurship, participation in professional entities, and a successful business.  He holds a Ph.D from the University of Oregon in Business Administration, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Colorado since 1972. He has held positions with Touche Ross, and with McKinsey and Company in New York City, and was an entrepreneur with Golden Skillet Fried Chicken in NYC, All-Pro Chicken in Pittsburg, PA, and with the International Sportsman Club in Denver. Phill was an Associate Professor on the faculty of Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1976 until 1999, teaching classes in real estate practice, law, finance, appraisal and investments.

Phill Foster and Company was incorporated in 1981, and has been actively involved in commercial real estate brokerage since that time.  The company has been the General Partner and Manager of over 40 entities involved in real estate investments and developments in Colorado, New Mexico, Montana and Arizona. 

Phill has been the President of the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter. He has been active in the Colorado Association of Realtors, and has served on its Board of Directors. He has served the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors on its Board of Directors and Education Committee.  His service includes being a past member of the Advisory Committee of the Finance Department of Metropolitan State University’s School of Business. Phill is a member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the Colorado Creative Marketing Exchange, and of the Mile Hi Exchangers. He is recognized by the Who’s Who National Registry.
