In the Cherry Creek area of Denver, we purchased an outdated office property for $1,300,000, completely remodeled and refigured the space into eight office condominiums of varioussizes, and sold the units individually for over $1,700,000. In a Denver suburb, we were successful in converting a six-story office building into 34 office condominiums. We also have developed and sold a 12,500 square foot, eight-unit $1,500,00 office/warehouse condiminium project in Arapahoe County, Colorado. In Aurora, Colorado, we renovated a 10,000 square foor building into office space, and were then successful in leasing and selling the property.
